FYI, I couldn’t eat meat when I was a kid — I kept vomitting when my parent tried to feed me meat. Until I turned into 14, my father passed away, I started to force myself to eat meat because I understand that I no longer having someone like my father to protect me. I have to learn how to protect myself. Therefore I started to eat lots of mutton, beef, and food supplement to build up my muscle.

Secondly, I have low stamina because I was having an ashma when I was a kid. I couldn’t participate in any sports that require running and jumping during school time.
