Microsoft’s antivirus deletes users’ e-mails

"Microsoft has admitted that its Live OneCare security suite has been accidentally deleting some users’ Outlook and Outlook Express e-mails." (ZDNet Australia, 2007)
This is why I respect Microsoft so much. Just ask yourself, if you own such a gigantic corporation globally, do you have the guts to admit such a shameful mistake in front of public media press, which may dramatically drop your company image and let all other competitors like Symantec and McAfee give you a big laugh? This is what I call "Business Ethic".
