I saw many people’s profile on Friendster, the way they describe themselves…sounds like they understand so much about themselves, but…are they?

"I’m a happy go lucky person…"

"I drink a lot…spend a lot…and curse a lot…and xxx a lot…whether u like it or not it’s up to u! This is me!…."

"I travel a lot…i like to make friends…."

From one profile to another, you may find them almost similar. Some like to plagiarize other people’s character, not because they like to copy, but the question is: "Are they really know who they are?" Surprisingly, those people may have hundreds of friends added in their profile! Why?

Human beings are creatures that afraid of seeing themselves as evil. Due to this reason, they are afraid to understand themselves more. This is why sometimes when you try to point out someone else mistakes, they usually do not want to admit it, and they started to hate you, avoid you, or even scold you back. The true fact is, they are actually not dare to face themselves, and can’t even forgive themselves.

When ones afraid to look into themselves, they started to find recognition from outside — the public, the crowd. They started to create another "them", such as a gorgeous and sexy woman, or a person who is always happy, friendly, and full of smile on her face and so on. After that, they will go out, try to make use of the new face to attract more people to support them, be nice to them, or even complementing them more often. This is how they try to cover their ugly side. The more supporters and fans they have, the more they lost themselves and far away from who they really are.

Be honest to yourself. Who are you? Why you do this? Why you behave like that? What do you want in life? What’s wrong with you? How can you correct it? Be honest to others. There is a gal who claimed that she likes to shout, curse in the public and she doesn’t want to hide herself. She wanted to be herself." But the point is, is this really "herself"? Or you just want to have more people aware of your existence? She may think she is honest to everybody, but in actual fact, is she?

Ladies and gentlemen, if you value your life, and you realized that life is short, try to discover your true facet and correct it if you find it evil. Otherwise, no matter how gorgeous you are, no matter how many friends you have, that is just waste of life. Because in your life, you are spending all your valuable times dealing with "fake" things. You don’t even know "the real you", how can you claim that "gorgeous" is YOU and those people are your FRIENDS?? To define friends: "Persons who really understand you and care about you are your friends." But, do they understand you? You don’t even understand yourself how can you expect people to understand you? And when they don’t understand you, how can you qualify them as your friends?

‘Happy go lucky’ and ‘like to travel’ is too common. ‘Like to curse and xxx’ is entirely lost. Friends, find out who you really are, then take it out to face all your friends, with sincerity and honesty. If you are able to do that, you will find everything is so real, your life will be more compact and meaningful than ever before…
